Pros:
- Share a database with your team, will all have the lastest version
- User, Group and Roles, secure your entries, audit and share
- Support almost every remote connection type. Not only RDP or SSH
- Secure your password!
Cons:
- No "real" cloud version yet
- The chrome/firefox addins need RDM to be open
